Easy and concise on the science behind how the body works. Good photos for the list of exercises. I like the plan in kb muscle more since it is really straightforward and planned out for you but this book certainly spells it out.
Worth a read even if you change it a little to fit your lifestyle.

The dietary information in this book is worth the read alone, simply because it takes key elements from other great minds in the industry and puts them together. For most, including myself, that info is typically acquired through years of study, implementation, and experimentation. The exercise portion of the book keeps true to the functional training that Geoff has produced in the past.
