You must have the self discipline and the maturity to hold yourself accountable. Id wager that chances are pretty good, however, that since youre here, maturity isnt an issue.

This isnt something that youre going to get instant gratification out of. You have to be disciplined and patient. Many aspects of achieving intrinsic personal growth will require practice and determination.
